Until 30th September 2021, you can also offer this service to your customers for the reduced rate of £999 +VAT.

For each sale registered against your exclusive code, you’ll earn £350 commission.

What does our HomeBuyer Service include?

Your customer will receive the following, for one all-inclusive price:

  • Independent, unbiased mortgage advice
  • Submission of your customer’s mortgage application
  • Expert conveyancing work
  • Search and Land Registry fees, and other legal disbursements
  • A Property Moving Assistant – our friendly adviser will be on hand 7 days a week, to guide and support your customer seamlessly through their journey

We only use ‘premium’ service providers to obtain local authority searches. This speeds up the transaction and can take weeks off the legal process.

This will result in faster transaction times, happier customers, and quicker commissions for you (both from the property sale and from us).

OneDome has partnered with Mortgage Advice Bureau’s AR firms and industry-leading solicitors ­– including O’Neill Patient and PMPL.  This provides agents, like you, with a service that includes everything your customers need to buy their home.

Give your customers free homebuyer insurance

All transactions with OneDome are covered by our OneDome Guarantee. This means your customers will get FREE insurance cover worth £2,250, in case their property transaction falls through. Your customer can therefore buy their home with peace of mind.

  • Your customers will only be charged for the HomeBuyer Service if their property purchase completes
  • Fees such as mortgage advice, legal expenses and disbursements, searches and surveyor fees will be covered
  • Our Property Moving Assistants will be on-hand to support your customer 7 days a week
  • All our mortgage and legal partners are vetted and regulated industry leaders

What does our service cost?

The service will cost your prospective homebuyer just £999 +VAT. Remember, your agency branch will earn £350 for every customer who uses your exclusive promotional code.
