    The HomeBuying Platform

    Staggering sums of money are lost each year due to various inefficiencies in the homebuying process. That’s why we launched #JoinOurChallenge – a campaign focused on driving down property transaction times by 50%. To make this possible, we have launched our new online ‘HomeBuying Platform’.

    This online platform allows you to manage your leads and property transactions – using technology that actively progresses the case – while connecting all parties and making transactions faster.

    We pledge to try and cut property transaction times to just 10 weeks for every transaction completed via our HomeBuying Platform. If we don’t, we’ll give £100 to a charity of your choice. The platform aims to streamline all processes in the transaction, by making data easily accessible for all parties and automating tasks – in order to achieve greater efficiency. It provides:

    • Full visibility of your lead pipeline and property transactions
    • An instant Mortgage in Principle for your customer, using our calculator linked to 65 linked banks
    • The OneDome Guarantee: FREE insurance worth £2,250 with every property purchase conducted through our platform, in case your customer’s home purchase fails
    • ‘DealRoom’: all tasks involved in a property purchase are centralised online, with a bespoke ‘to do’ list of tasks and automatic updates for all parties
    • Streamlined conveyancing: customers can search your network of partners, get instant quotes and instruct their chosen conveyancer
    • The ability to direct customers towards your preferred conveyancers and mortgage advisers

    Become an official HomeBuyer Service partner

    The HomeBuyer Service is an all-inclusive mortgage and legal advice service. It provides everything your customer needs to purchase their home. Becoming a partner will enable your business to give your customers a convenient and high-quality service, packaged up for an unbeatable price.

    OneDome has partnered with the Mortgage Advice Bureau and leading solicitor O’Neill Patient to offer this service. Also included are searches, Land Registry fees, and the support of a OneDome Property Moving Assistant to guide your customer through the process. Customers will be protected under the OneDome Guarantee: free insurance worth £2,250 to cover them if their purchase fails to complete.

    HomeBuyer Service Plus

    For homebuyers that are selling a property at the same time, we also offer HomeBuyer Service Plus. This bundles together all the essential services required to complete the sale and purchase.

    Pricing

    HomeBuyer Service: £1,500 +VAT.

    HomeBuyer Service Plus: £2,500 +VAT.

    We are currently offering a discount of more than £500 on both services until 30th September 2021. Therefore, the current price for the HomeBuyer Service is £999 +VAT** and for HomeBuyer Service Plus, it is £1,999 +VAT**.

    As a OneDome partner, your agency will earn £350* commission for every sale of the HomeBuyer Service you make, and £500* for every sale of HomeBuyer Service Plus.

    Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

    Further information: The OneDome HomeBuyer Service covers the cost of mortgage advice and the submission of a mortgage application, conveyancing base legal fees and OneDome’s Property Moving Assistant services. All the upfront costs and disbursements typically chargeable to the home buyer are included. These upfront costs include legal searches and Land Registry fees. The purchase of a property (a 'buy' transaction) is covered by the OneDome Guarantee which provides cover up to £2,250 in the event the property transaction falls through – terms and conditions apply, visit https://www.onedome.com/services/onedome-guarantee/. Additional fees may be applicable depending on your customer's circumstances and type of transaction. Additional fees may also be charged for non-standard cases. Your customer's conveyancer will advise prior to engagement if this is the case. To qualify for the HomeBuyer Service, customers must satisfy certain mortgage eligibility criteria which will be assessed during the initial call with a Property Moving Assistant and mortgage adviser. The provision of the HomeBuyer Service is subject to contract. *The participating estate agent will receive a commission of up to £500 (depending on the type of transaction) for each successful redemption of the promotional code associated with their branch. The promotional code is unique to each estate agent and branch. Estate agents participating in the OneDome HomeBuyer Service partnership scheme may distribute a OneDome-approved promotional code to potential customers. **The usual cost of the HomeBuyer Service is £1,500 +VAT.
