We’ve also planted a rather lovely Parterre.’

?The garden is a feature of the property along with 180° views which reach towards the south of Bath ? they really are stunning.’

?Our favourite room is the sitting room with its wonderful views however the snug off the kitchen is a delightful place to cosy up.’

?The standout feature of the house is definitely the kitchen with its bespoke oak lined units and Rayburn cooker.’

?We’ve added the terrace and awning, under which we are able to eat al fresco, even in winter. The under croft is excellent for storing garden tables and chairs, lawn mowers and logs.’

?We have good neighbours and I have to say having lived all over the world and in many houses, our neighbours here are some of the best. Once a year we have a safari supper which is great fun.’

?The property is close to several excellent independent schools, including the Royal High School and Kingswood School, both walkable. The nearby St James’ Square offers a chemist, pub, delicatessen, paper shop, greengrocer and flower shop not to mention 3 hairdressers.’

?Most of all we will miss our neighbours, the garden and the view.’
