Sellers comments – Victoria Cottages has been a happy home for me for many, many years. I have loved the convenience of having everything close to me. The train station and transport are great, especially for working in London and Reading. Having Dinton Pastures opposite has been great for walking the dogs, which I still regularly do. I still live locally which shows how much I love the area, and I hope the next owners create as many happy memories as I have here.

Area comments – located opposite Dinton Pastures you are spoilt if you like walking and exploring. There are endless hours of lakeside walks here, and then you can finish up with a pint at one of the local pubs. You have The Wheelwrights Arms a few doors down, but also The Castle which is a few minute’s drive away, closer to Hurst Village. The local amenities are great, with Sainsburys in Winnersh as well as easy access to Twyford where there is a Waitrose and Tesco Express, plus plenty of local shops. Both Twyford and Winnersh train station are very popular for commuters, especially Twyford as it on The Elizabeth Line and heads straight into London Paddington.

Agents comments – this rarely available property is perfect for a either a first time buyer, young family or someone looking to downsize. There is plenty of scope to adapt and change the accommodation, plus with no onward chain complications there are also no time constraints. Best bits for us are the wonderful kitchen/breakfast room with a skylight, opening on to the lovely garden and also the convenience available with the driveway parking.
