"In late 2000 my Husband and I moved from Weybridge where we had lived for over twenty years in a very different style of house all glass and steel and single storey. Prior to this, we had in the previous twenty or so years lived in traditional style houses large Victorian homes. We were not “house hoppers” and typically 20 years was our usual tenure.

In 2011 we decided to make a significant investment in replacing all the doors and windows with top-range modern energy-efficient units that were maintenance-free.

Rowly Drive and this House is a perfect location for a younger expanding Family to enjoy living within Cranleigh and its surrounding areas which are set for major growth.
