We have lived in our house for 6.5 years, we have loved living here as our road is in on a quiet cul de sac and is within a stone's throw to the shop, parks, school and nature paths on the estate.

It is also within walking distance to two pubs on the London Road and the A329M which is great for us as we both travel on the M4 regularly.

We have enjoyed improving the house, especially the garden area which we have upgraded to a high standard where we have enjoyed many summers entertaining outside.

We also like the fact that we could extend the house if needed with a few of our neighbours recently completing loft conversions.

What a stunning house situated in the ever-popular Montague Park development. The accommodation is amazing, the spacious and bright kitchen breakfast room offers double doors onto the garden, it also has a spacious dual aspect living room. Additionally downstairs you have a w/c and a utility. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, the master has built-in wardrobes and an ensuite shower room, and the other two bedrooms are both of a good size and are set up perfectly suited as kiddies' bedrooms.

The garage is located at the end of the garden and has driveway parking in front. There is also a delightful low-maintenance garden with a sun trap located decked area at the end of the garden.
