We have lived in this property since it was built in 1985 and have enjoyed every minute. We brought up our daughter here and found the schooling and recreational facilities first class. This is a very friendly area and neighbours are used to helping and looking out for one another. We particularly enjoy our garden which is South Facing and not overlooked. There are loads of opportunities to customise but at 75 we thought to leave that to younger occupants. We are only moving to be closer to our family in the Cotswolds who have recently returned from abroad.
