Sellers Views – Six years of breath-taking views that I never took advantage of. I sleep with my curtains open to wake up of and enjoy the 180 degree views out of the six windows in the master bedroom. The sunrises from the left and sets on the right, watching the deer’s playfully enjoy the open fields and the occasional fox at night and just to stand on the balcony and take it all in. The children and many, many friends have enjoyed the large open space, private garden. The Plat was our perfect lockdown home.

Area Views – Theale Road in Burghfield is set in a quiet, semi rural location, with all of the benefits of great transport links close by. Surrounded by fields front and back, the accommodation is positioned at the end of his own private drive, behind secure gates, offering a secluded living experience. Theale train station is around a five minute drive providing easy access to Reading and London. A little further on you can access the M4 motorway at Junction 12. There is a also a brilliant bus service, which regular links to Reading town centre as well as many of the private schools available in the area. Talking of schools, Burghfield St. Marys Primary school is on the same road as the property, with the highly regarded Willink Secondary School a short drive away. If pubs are your thing, then you really are spoilt for choice! At the end of the road there is the popular Hatch Gate Inn offering incredible Indian food, plus The Six Bells with its great pub garden. The Fox and Hounds is also a great choice, located opposite Hosehill Lake which is perfect for a family walk, followed by a drink.

Lauren and Ryan’s Views – The first impression when you pull through the gates is a very simple one - wow! The size and space available is truly exceptional, and offers everything you could want, and expect from a luxury family home. Inside, we really love the cinema room (who wouldn’t) but the principal bedroom suite is a highlight in its own right, with a full length balcony overlooking the fields, plus a great size dressing room and beautiful en suite bathroom. The area is also a huge selling point with a lovely contrast of a remote, rural feel, yet being so close to all of the local amenities and transport links. Great schools, great pubs, wonderful area. This property really does tick all the boxes, and one that needs to be seen in person to fully appreciate the size and quality on offer
