As an avid walker, you can walk 5 minutes north into the farmers fields that lead you to the great pubs in Tylers Green, or you can walk 5 minutes south into the woods that lead you up to Flackwell Heath.
The station is in walking distance & you can completely ignore the A40 and instead take footpaths all the way to The Rye.
Lastly, the neighbours are very nice and we often help each other out. There is space for two cars outside and the house is in a cul-de-sac. It’s quick to get out of Wycombe & onto the M40. Either going straight down to Loudwater or if going west bound, you can bypass traffic by heading up Abbey Barn Lane and then cutting through Winchbottom Lane to Cressex.

Michael's view...Believed to have been originally built to house the workers for the old Mill close by, this really is a lovely old cottage. It quirky and maybe not for everyone - but if you're after something that's not just a box with windows, then this is for you.
Area view...Wycombe Marsh is just over a mile to the east from the town centre and High Wycombe's train station. A mile in the other direction brings you to Junction 3 of the M40. The Rye and Kingmead Park are both very close by & once you know the route its a nice walk to the town centre, almost following the river.
