Sellers View - I bought the flat when I was 20 years old as a base for weekends as I worked away, and 16 years later its definitely done what I needed it to do. The flat is in a lovely location right by shops where you can get all your day to day necessities. Short cuts on and off the island so with no traffic Havant is only 10mins away.
