Stapleford Abbotts is a village set in a rural and agricultural area, surrounded by a scattering of cottages and farms. There is a medieval church with nearby villages contained within the parish. It is conveniently placed in close proximity to the busy thriving towns of Romford, Epping and Theydon Bois, which all have numerous shops, sports facilities, pubs and cafes, supermarkets and public parks and has access to motorways and rail links to London.

The house comprises of an elegant bespoke kitchen with a stunning island centrepiece, large open plan living area with luxurious marble flooring and bi-fold doors leading to the patio and garden. A lounge situated off the hallway along with a utility area with a toilet. On the first floor are four bedrooms and a family bathroom, which can be accessed from bedroom one and the main landing and there is an en-suite shower room to bedroom two.

The house is decorated in a neutral palette which is consistent throughout. Features include fine high gloss marble tiling throughout, exquisite fittings to bathware, high spec dropped ceilings with complimentary lighting and is immaculate throughout. The ground floor is also equipped with under floor heating and there is a CCTV security system and electric gates.

The delightful garden is laid mainly to lawn and is effortlessly maintainable. To the front of the property, a separate double garage and multiple parking spaces are housed behind an impressive, gated entrance.

What the Owner says:

We were looking at the very run-down property in front of us which wasn't much more than a shack and knew we had a great deal to do in order to transform it into the beautiful home you see now. The house is in such a fabulous area, and we could see the potential of what was effectively a blank canvas to become something uniquely outstanding. We consulted with a trusted architect who set about creating a large family home from our long list of requirements. We weren't willing to compromise on quality during the build, so it has been fitted to the best standards.

It's built in a beautiful rural location which is quiet and peaceful, but only ten minutes away are some great restaurants and shops. The village is surrounded by greenbelt land which will mean the area won't be overdeveloped.

We particularly love the Juliette balconies fitted to the bedrooms and love the bifold doors which are perfect for outdoor entertaining during the summer. It's everything I wanted and building the house was a fantastic experience and the house has surpassed our expectations.
