A beautifully presented two-bedroom terraced house, set back from the street, making this a private and quiet location on the hills of historic Greenwich.

There is also the benefit of off-street parking and the option to purchase a parking permit, for on street parking. Back inside, you'll find an open-plan living space with high ceilings, a well-presented kitchen with integrated appliances, including dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge freezer and a living area where you can unwind after a long day.

Through the open glass door at the rear, soak up the sun in this lovely westerly-facing garden. Upstairs you will find two double-sized bedrooms, featuring original wood flooring and a shower room, with a rain shower. We hope that you'll appreciate the fact that this home has good storage space, gas central heating, double glazed windows, and a combi-boiler too.

All in all, this is a great buy for someone who wants to be close to transportation, with Greenwich mainline and DLR stations, only a 10 minute walk away, while also living in a peaceful location in the heart of Greenwich, listening to the birds chirp in the mornings whilst taking a stroll through Greenwich Park. Take a short walk to The Point, a small parkland and admire the views of Greenwich Park, the Royal Naval College, and Docklands in the fresh air.

What The Sellers Say ?

?We have loved living here in our perfectly formed mid-century house with its high ceilings on the top floor and beautiful setting. It has been a perfect home for us for 5+ years and we are selling-up and relocating with a heavy heart, due to new work opportunities in Bristol.

The house is set-back off the road in a lovely little crescent of houses, and it’s a quiet and great place to get to know the friendly neighbours. The local community spirit is captured in the road’s annual street party, Christmas carols, and sunflower growing competition. We will also miss relaxing in the warm afternoon sun in our warm back garden which gets the sun all day round, and having friends over for BBQ’s or pizzas, and being so close to everything that makes Greenwich so great.

Point Hill is uniquely placed for a whole host of perfect weekend walks ? right from your doorstep. You can with stroll along the river or through the Old Royal Naval College, check out the sunset (or rise if you’re early) and the beautiful views from Greenwich Park, or you can cross the heath in 15 minutes for breakfast in Blackheath. We’re also uniquely positioned for shopping locally; with a fantastic butcher, fishmonger, greengrocers and cheese-shop all within a 5-minute walk from the house (and another fantastic butcher in Blackheath). The thrice-weekly food market in nearby Deptford is also a perfect excuse for a walk, or on Sundays you can not only get breakfast in Blackheath but also visit the farmer’s market.

Then there is also the local Picturehouse cinema (10 mins), the local London South East College (for pottery and other craft classes in the evening ? 5 mins), and many family-friendly attractions and museums, and the lovely river-side pubs where you can easily spend the day. Being a (less than) 10-minute walk from Greenwich train station allows for multiple options of easy quick transport into London, via direct National Rail trains to London Bridge (9 mins), Canon Street (15 mins), and St Pancras (25 mins), or one change to Charing Cross (25 mins journey time), or via the DLR to Canary Wharf (13 mins ? and change here for Elizabeth Line) or Bank (22 mins) ? as well as the local Thames Clippers boat pier which stops at 24 piers along the river.

If you move here, we are sure you’ll love it as you have everything you need on your doorstep, a fantastic community atmosphere, and great routes into the rest of London!?
