"Although we have only been here a short amount of time, we find it hard to give up such a beautiful home. We were attracted to the house because of its Victorian red brick and high ceilings, and whilst living here have had the benefit of meeting such lovely and considerate neighbours.

The whole house has been uplifted and renovated to provide a warm and homely feel. To highlight a few - The floors have new wooden panels, the bathroom has been newly renovated, we put in new bay windows for the living room and had a new kitchen installed.

We spend a lot of time cooking and hosting, so we felt it was important for the kitchen to provide a clean, airy and minimalistic feel whilst also being as functional as possible. With the addition of the utility room, this allows us to adhere to that, with storage and utility being hidden away!

The road itself has been an amazing road to live on; it's peaceful and hidden from pass-through traffic. One big gem for us was that transport in Woolwich was very well connected and travel to London was very quick! It's amazing for both commuting and socialising!

We will miss this home and road dearly but we are sure that the buyers will truly love what we have cared for and designed."
