The village of Clungunford, situated between Craven Arms and Bucknell, has a local church and picturesque countryside all round. There are good shopping amenities at Craven Arms, about 5 miles to the east, where there is also a railway station. Orchard House is set in the centre of the village, which is surrounded by some of the most beautiful countryside in South Shropshire.

The approach to the property is through electric remote controlled gates giving access on to a tarmacadam driveway, offering parking for several vehicles. A canopied porch over the front door leads you into the reception hallway. There are three reception rooms which include a study, separate dining room and spacious sitting room.

Within the sitting room is an impressive walk-in modern inglenook fireplace, which houses a Clearview wood burning stove. There is a feature bay window to the front. From the dining room sliding doors lead into the rear garden. The kitchen has a good range of both base and wall units and built-in appliances include an oven, hob, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is a separate utility room with sink, cupboards and a space for a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with WC and wash basin.

On the first floor the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with WC and wash hand basin. The other three bedrooms are all double in size and there is also the family bathroom situated on this level.

There is a garden to both the front and rear. The front garden is laid to lawn and bordered by mature hedging. The rear garden has a patio entertaining area, lawn and gate through to the driveway. The large detached garage has lights, power points and offers plenty of storage. There is a side door to the garden.

Direction:
Proceed out of Ludlow along the A49 in a northerly direction to Craven Arms. Turn left onto the B4368 Clun road. At Long Meadow End turn left signposted Clungunford. Pass through Broome. Carry on into Clungunford and turn right into Chapel Road. Orchard House is on the right.
