We love being next to Selhurst station and a short walk to Norwood Junction station as it means we have multiple choices of getting to Central London or further south quickly. We also have the pleasure of free on-street parking, which is a huge benefit in London nowadays and many bus routes to get around Croydon and South London.

We have spent many weekends visiting South Norwood Lakes & Heavers Meadows which are also within walking distance. We're spoilt for choice with many supermarkets also close by.

We installed our new kitchen and bathroom and redecorated all of the rooms in 2018.

Our family has grown, so unfortunately we have no choice but to move. We'll be really sad to say goodbye to our home, friendly neighbours and Croydon".
