The Property
Extending over 665 sq ft, this charming apartment offers tasteful modern d?cor and fine period features including flush-framed sash windows, fireplaces, cornices, dado rails and window shutters. The flat benefits from beautiful wood flooring, excellent high ceilings and original sash windows which bathe the property in natural light. The apartment makes a fantastic home for owner-occupiers looking for an exquisite location as well as for buy to let investors looking for an income generating asset.

The service charges include heating and hot water.

The Location
Grenville Mansions lies within the distinctly affluent and bohemian area of Bloomsbury. There is easy access to the amenities of the Brunswick Centre, Granary Square and Coal Drops Yard shopping complex and to UCL, UAL and many other universities. The apartment is moments away from the excellent transport hubs of King`s Cross, the Eurostar link at St Pancras and Euston.

What the Owners Says
I have lived in this flat for over ten years and have loved being here. The building is a beautiful small Edwardian block with only ten flats so I know my neighbours which is rare in central London. We have recently taken over management of our building so have control over its running and no longer have to deal with managing agents which is a big saving in terms of cost and effort. The flat itself has been a wonderful home for me. It has many of it`s original Edwardian features, lovely proportions with big windows and high ceilings, and the area itself is absolutely my favourite part of London - totally central but also local.
