Terraced cottage in semi-rural location, outskirts of Cam, entrance porch, living room, separate dining room, kitchen, ground floor bathroom, conservatory, two good sized first floor bedrooms, cloakroom/second WC, good sized rear garden,
Energy Rating: F

SITUATION

The property is situated in this pleasant semi-rural location on the outskirts of Cam with the village located at the base of the Cotswold escarpment providing a range on country walks. Within a short walk is a local primary school, and Rednock comprehensive school is also within walking distance. The town centre of Dursley and the village of Cam offer a range of shopping facilities with Tesco supermarket in Cam and Sainsbury's supermarket in Dursley. Dursley has a wider range of retailers along with library, sports hall and 18 hole golf course. The property is well placed for commuting to the larger centres of Gloucester, Bristol and Cheltenham via the nearby A38 and M5/M4 motorway network. Cam also has 'Park and Ride' railway station with regular services to Gloucester and Bristol. The property is well located within a few minutes walk of The Cotswold Way and beauty spot of Cam Peak and Cam Long Down.

DIRECTIONS

From Dursley town centre proceed out of town on the A4135 in a north easterly direction passing Rednock school and taking the next turning on the right into Kingshill Lane, proceed to the bottom of the incline bearing right into Church Road and continue, and where the road bears left, turn right into Springhill and the cottage will be found after approximately 50 metres on the right hand side.

DESCRIPTION

This terraced cottage is thought to date back some 150 years and we understand was previously all owned by the same family. The cottage was split from a larger adjoining property a number of years ago and has pedestrian front access leading to open entrance porch and onto the living room; with attractive stone fireplace and wood burner, this in turn leads to separate dining room and onto the kitchen, there is also a ground floor bathroom and conservatory area. On the first floor, there are two good sized double bedrooms along with cloakroom/second WC and the rear garden is of good size and laid to lawn. The location and size of the property must be seen to be fully appreciated and we suggest viewing at your earliest opportunity.
