Terms and conditions apply with regard to the use of the Beach Hut, but it can be used all year round. The hut is acquired under private ownership but can also be sub-let so it does offer lucrative commercial possibilities. The ground on which the hut sits is subject to a lease tenure with the IW Council, currently 10 years.

Additional Details:
