Your estate agent can be updated on your progress as you move through the three stages of Mortgage Passport.

Now that you know how much you can borrow, it’s time to get a Mortgage in Principle. This stage involves providing us with a little more information about your circumstances, at the end of which you will receive a Mortgage in Principle, making you an even more appealing buyer to both estate agents and sellers. Complete your Mortgage Passport by moving on to Level 3.
