Our home's layout is spot-on, especially the downstairs kitchen, which easily accommodates our 6-seater dining table. The utility area is a bonus and we have ample cupboard space and even room for a separate dryer a rarity in new-builds like ours. Upstairs, our three rooms have been great, with generous storage in the master bedroom and a huge built-in cupboard in bedroom 3.

But our favourite spot? That's definitely the garden. It's south-facing and gets a huge amount of sunlight, with our large patio being perfect for evenings in the sun.

We'll truly miss this home and our wonderful neighbours. It's been absolutely perfect for our needs.

Inside the living room and kitchen dining are proportional and both good sizes, the garden is a great size with extra patio space and South Facing which gets plenty of sunshine

Upstairs the three bedrooms are also well proportioned and the built in wardrobes and ensuite to the master ticks even more boxes.
