Owners Comments...

We really loved the setting and location of the house as soon as we saw it, with the open green space to the frontage along with the tiered secluded garden to the rear, which acts as a natural sun trap and is fantastic to relax in. In the summer, the lowest tier of the garden is in shade during the heat of the afternoon, which has been a great advantage during the last few years, as it keeps the lounge nice and cool.

The master bedroom and kitchen benefit from lots of south facing sunlight throughout the day and the living and dining room offer pleasant views straight into the garden.

The location of the house is fantastic - a stone’s throw to the peaceful Wicks Green park, which benefits from two playgrounds and is surrounded by fields and countryside beyond.

Another great feature is the proximity to the local pub a couple of minutes walk away with village shops, Indian, takeaway, post office, pharmacy, Coop, and bus stop a few further minutes away. It’s nice to be able to walk to local amenities and schools.

Area Comments...

Stevenson Drive really is the best of both worlds - one direction you have all the amenities the village has to offer, including schools, pharmacy, coffee shops, convenience stores etc and in the other direction you have rural walks that go on for miles.
Bracknell and Wokingham town centres are a short drive away, as is the A329M for commuters needing access to either Reading or London.

Matt and Ovie's Comments...

There isn't too much we can add to what the owners have said but three bedroom two bath house in the village doesn't come up often, the walks surrounding the property are beautiful and go on for miles and the walk to the pubs and shops are so close. There is a small cut through at the bottom of Stevenson Drive which makes the walk into the centre of the village even easier.
