Croft Rise

Our new Croft Rise development is located on the western edge of the village of Glenboig in North Lanarkshire. Situated in rural village surroundings yet less than 10 miles north of Glasgow, it really does enjoy the best of both worlds.

The village has a good range of local facilities, and Garnqueen Loch and Glenboig Village Park are on the doorstep. That's not all though, just a short distance away you've got the Drumpellier Country Park and the Seven Lochs Wetland Park. If you need to travel to work, Glenboig is just off the M73, putting it within easy reach of the M8 main Glasgow to Edinburgh route. It connects easily with the wider motorway network, making it a convenient and popular location. For travel by rail, there's a station just 1.2 miles away in Gartcosh, the neighbouring village. It takes about 50 minutes to get into Glasgow city centre.
