Kingspark is our new development situated just 3 miles to the north of Dundee city centre, in Angus. Situated on the Tay estuary, this waterfront city enjoys the accolade of being Scotland's sunniest city.

Not only that, but Dundee's got history and culture, and is an important tourist destination. The waterfront and harbour have been regenerated and the stunning V&A Museum of Dundee is now a major landmark. At the same time, the Port of Dundee carries on the maritime tradition here and keeps the city on its toes. It's a great balance to achieve and you'll enjoy all the different aspects of this great city as you settle into your new home. Out and about you can easily head up into the Highlands or along the coast towards Arbroath. Alternatively, you can cross the River Tay into the Fife Peninsula to explore the unspoilt coastline of the Tentsmuir National Nature Reserve.
