Rosslyn Gait

Rosslyn Gait is located in Fife, just outside the popular and historic town of Kirkcaldy. Nicknamed the 'Lang Toun' for its 0.9 mile main street, Kirkcaldy is also famous for the annual Links Market, a colourful six-day event which has taken place annually for over 700 years, and which holds the title of Europe's longest street fair.

For a good selection of shops and a wider range of schools you need look no further than Kirkcaldy. This bustling town hosts the popular Fife Central Retail Park (just a five-minute drive from Rosslyn Gait), plenty of independent and chain shops, and a 24-hour Asda within walking distance of the development. When not shopping you could visit one of Kirkcaldy's cultural attractions, such as the museum and art gallery or the Adam Smith theatre, or take a stroll in one of the town's three attractive parks.
