Mulberry Gardens

Mulberry Gardens is our development of new homes in the popular area of Kingswood. It's part of the Kingswood Parks development, situated just to the north of Hull - the 2017 City of Culture. Whether you're a first-time buyer or expanding your family, there is something to offer everyone.

This popular residential area is well-established, and you can enjoy local facilities that include a good range of shops, a retail outlet, and leisure and entertainment venues. All these are close to our new homes, and you've got the bonus of Hull city centre as well, taking approximately 20 minutes by car.

As an important port, Hull has excellent transport options and Mulberry Gardens is close to the A1079, A164 and A165. It's easy to get to the other key towns in the area, as well as to some lovely places up and down the coast for days out.
