18 Colville Place is located in a charming Georgian Court dating from 1766. The Two bedroom house was completely reconstructed in 2015 with the help of West Architecture and won the architectural award of �Best Historic Intervention' New London Architecture award for 2016. The reconstruction introduced a courtyard with sliding glass walls on the ground floor and incorporated the former rear workshop into the living space. Also a new top floor bedroom was created with a small terrace overlooking Crabtree Gardens. Natural materials such as oak, polished concrete floors, polished steel and exposed brickwork were used to create striking and contemporary living spaces with the help of interior design firm Clifton Design For the kitchen the finest brand appliances were selected including a Gaggenau oven, Fisher and Paykel fridge freezer and Miele Dishwasher. Colville Place is located in the vibrant district of Fitzrovia with many restaurants, cafes and shops on the doorstep. It is centrally located with good access to buses, taxis and the underground.
