The former Trades and Labour club provides considerable floor area over the second and third floors of the Frenchgate shopping centre in Doncaster, accessed through a prominent mall location adjacent to the food court and bus interchange. The three available spaces total over 7,000 square foot together, but can be let separately depending on requirement. Parking passes for the Frenchgate car park will be provided to the tenants as necessary. This space could be utilised for numerous use types (subject to planning).
