The well-managed attraction benefits from excellent surfaced paths that enable easy walking and cycling, as well as buggy, mobility scooter and wheelchair access across the site all year round.?? The site has pay & display car parking, a visitor centre, education room, two children's play areas, a bike hire concession and the caf?. Rangers are on duty every day during opening hours, with the busiest times being on weekends, bank holidays and school holidays from April to September, when the core audience is young families.?? The Opportunity? This is an exciting opportunity to launch a new, refreshed caf? at the heart of Ryton Pools. It is the only caf? on site, and there is ample parking for staff and guests, as well as male, female and disabled toilets with wheelchair access.?? Catering rights will be offered to the Tenant for the distribution of food from the caf? to users of the park during the core opening hours.? The building will be provided in a shell state with the ingoing Tenant to provide their own fixtures, fittings and furniture.? Opening Hours The caf? should trade for seven days a week (except Christmas Day), with Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays being compulsory days and the minimum opening hours to be:? 10.30am to 4pm British Summertime? 10.30am to 3pm British Wintertime? No restrictions on earlier or later opening for the caf? within the park's opening hours.?
