The ceiling has been sound insulated to the maximum, but that doesn't eliminate all noise entirely. Please also note that while the interior has been beautifully refurbished, the exterior is shared with neighbours who have been living there for many years and so it needs a fresh lick of paint and some touch ups. Please don't judge the book by the cover, once you walk inside the apartment, you will see the difference and should be very happy.
