What we think:
First things first, this property has one of the biggest roof terraces we've ever seen, providing the dream location for a BBQ on a sunny day. Secondly, you're in a prime central location, with all amenities on your doorstep. Thirdly, the place is decorated beautifully, making this a wonderful property in every aspect!
* The majority of our contracts are 50 weeks, running from the 1st September 2024 to the 16th August 2025, a very limited amount of our properties offer shorter contracts, the ones that do not, occasional exceptions can be made on a case by case basis, when we refer them directly to the landlord.
