A large American fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob and oven, coffee machine & microwave make your stay way easier, as does the great Wi-Fi connection in all bedrooms, which also have a desk, modern sink and vanity unit and have fitted blackout blinds to aid a good sleep, all are carpeted, have fresh linen on the beds and clean towels are supplied, to make your stay and get together comfortable and enjoyable.

Where you`ll be

It`s close to the Beach, the Racecourse; also buses take you to the AMEX Stadium from here, for the football and has a large car boot market on Sundays.
East Brighton Golf Club with its incredible scenery, The Downs to take your pooch on lovely walks, as it`s also dog friendly!

Hanover is on the doorstep, with some of the best pubs in Brighton.

The lovely Queens Park with tennis club, lake, caf? and children`s playground is also here. It has a variety of festivals and events during the year.
It has a weekend market at the Pepper Pot with coffee spot and The Wild Cherry Deli is opposite.
You can walk or ride into Kemptown with its eclectic shops, Cafes, restaurants and pubs. The Open Bakery run baking courses on Sunday as well as selling freshly baked bread and delicious coffee.

It`s very easy to find Yoga, Pilates and Meditation classes.

Preston Park also is just a few minutes ride up the road with tennis, cycling, a playground and caf? in the Rose Garden.
Pride is also held here each year.

Soho Brighton Beach House, The Salt Room and The Seahorse are perfect for seafront dining, with a terrace and great for chilling out.
Rockwater in Hove is worth a visit and has a fantastic terrace on the beach.

The i360 has wonderful views over Brighton and surrounding views over Sussex and the water and there is fun to be had on the pier.
Water sports are available or a deckchair! Listen to the live music, whilst having a drink.
Play beach volleyball or shoot a few hoops.

The Volks electric railway runs down the seafront from the Pier to the Marina with day sailing options, lots of Cafes, bars and restaurants, with lovely views over the water.
Ten pin bowling, arcade and minigolf and David Lloyd is open for a day pass for gym, swim and poolside spa.

Or en route you can stop off on Madeira Drive at the Beach Box Spa & enjoy a wood fired sauna on the beach, followed by an ice bath or go for a swim at the new Sea-lanes 50m open water pool.
Paddle boarding and surfing is also popular and lessons are available as well as board hire.

The Famous Lanes are just a walk or ride a way to mooch around the Antique and retro shops and enjoy the vibe.

The Ivy and Busby and Wilds and the Flint House are great choices for supper and Cote Brasserie offer a pre-theatre menu in its stunning location
