"Owners Comments"
When I initially viewed the flat, I was immediately drawn to the close proximity to Basingstoke town, without having any of the noise. I could wake up on a Sunday morning, walk to the gym and grab a coffee from the local coffee shop on the way home. At the top of town, just a few metres from the front door, there are so many lovely independent shops and cafes, with the lime leaf being a firm favourite - you have to try their thai green curry! St Pancras House is so convenient for work, with the train station only a 10 minute walk away, and everything else you could need on your doorstep. War Memorial Park is lovely for a stroll, and the local pub The White Hart are extremely friendly (I rented a private car parking space off them for a small fee). St Pancras House was the perfect stepping stone and has made a great first home, I’ll be sad to say goodbye.
