Sellers Views – We have loved living in our Victorian house for the last 3 years, during which time we have really enjoyed renovating and decorating it throughout. We like that it still has the Victorian character and period details whilst also having a contemporary homely feel. This was our first home we bought together and really feel like we have taken it from being a house to a home. The garden is a good size, whilst also being quite secluded. We enjoy the sun for most of the day but also get nice patches of shade for the children. The patio is a real 'sun trap' and perfect for relaxing or a BBQ on a sunny day. We've loved living here and will miss this house very much. If we could pick it up and take it with us we would! We hope the next owners are just as happy living here as we have been.


Area View – Armour Road is an extremely convenient location, with everything you could need in close proximity. Tilehurst train station is easily accessible, with the School Road shops a short walk away. For families, you are spoilt for choice with parks for the kids or walking the dogs. At the end of the road is Victoria Recreation ground, but also Arthur Newbury Park is a couple of minutes’ walk away. Another positive, you can drive into the centre of Reading in about 10 minutes, plus there are plenty of local schools


Lauren and Ryan’s Views – Wow! We love this house. The current owners have created a wonderful property with the addition of the master bedroom and en suite in the loft conversion. All four bedrooms really are fantastic sizes. But more importantly, Armour Road truly is a perfect location in Tilehurst. Lauren’s parents lived a few doors down a couple of years ago and having Warings Bakery opposite is also a massive bonus! We spend a lot of time at Arthur Newbury and frequently visit The Little Coffee Express which is located there. Definitely worth checking it out
