Seller’s Views – We have loved living here as our first home. A few of the perks include the proximity to Budgens which has all of the essentials at our convenience, local pubs and walks (such as the Shinfield Arms which has become one of our favourites). Plus, it is really easy to get back into Reading town centre. We’ve felt really comfortable in this house, with all modern decoration and feel meaning we could move right in and settle. We hope the new owners will be just as happy as we are

Locally there are plenty of walks and open spaces to explore, with a variety of local shops and pubs available. Reading town centre is about a 15 minute drive, with the nearby towns of Wokingham and Basingstoke around 20 minutes away

Lauren and Ryan’s Views – This house is pretty much perfect for someone moving into their first home. The location is fantastic as you can easily get to all of the local towns around. We love the open plan feel downstairs, plus the overall condition is lovely. Having your own parking space is also quite rare so this is another massive bonus.
