We moved into our property in August 2018. I had been searching back then for a decent-sized property but always found them too small. When we found this one, I grabbed it because the room sizes were grand in consideration to others we viewed. The space of this home gave us enough room to create a family room in addition to the living room where we spend most of our time, especially since my little one loves it. The family room has a skylight and is situated towards the south-facing garden that soaks up the sun all summer, who wouldn't love that?
The rooms upstairs the master bed and the spare room are equally generous in size. The master bedroom easily fits a triple wardrobe a king-size bed and a dresser. And my little one's room has a double bed with a double wardrobe and desk and dresser, with enough space to still run around the room.
There is lots of greenery surrounding the estate, and Dinton Pastures Park is within 7 minutes' driving distance, Sainsbury's supermarket within 4 minutes driving, and Winnersh station 18 minutes' walking that has a direct link to London Waterloo and reading stations. Reading is also a 20 min drive and Slough where loads of companies are based is 25 minutes drive from the M4 The property is ideally located for commuting. It is family-friendly and full of wonderful neighbors.

My personal favourite point of this area is the amount of green space that is on your doorstep, there are plenty of local walks and you can quite easily get to Dinton Pastures, just perfect to have so close.
