The flat has been in the perfect location for a first home - close to Peacock Meadow and local amenities, a stone's throw away from the A329. A pro for purchasing the flat originally was the large outdoor space right outside our patio doors which we have made plenty of use of over the years. The flat is south facing which meant we got sunlight all day long which was a massive appeal for us. The flat itself is light, airy and spacious, perfect for entertaining.

Jennett's Park is well known for the great community it has created as well as many walks and parks to explore as well as a local shop and The Peacock Farm pub. Wokingham and Bracknell town centres are a 5 minute drive away in either direction, so whether you want an afternoon shopping at The Lexicon, or a few cocktails in Wokingham you have it all close by.

This apartment has so much to offer - we love that there's a big entrance hall and lots of storage space as well as two parking space which can be rare with apartments locally! Having direct access into the gardens is great, and you'll see when you visit the property that it feels like your own private space to use!
