Arlott Green was our very first home and it has been the host of some great memories. Cricket Field Grove is a small development but with a big sense of community with everyone looking out for each other – we can honestly say that the people here are so friendly.
For us, the location is ideal and we are sure you’ll agree. We are surrounded by a perfect mixture if urban and rural, for instance Arlott Green is a short walk away from Crowthorne High Street whilst also being a stone’s throw away from Swinley Forest where you can enjoy beautiful walks, runs and, for the more adventurous, mountain biking.  
We love the open plan feel that our house offers. We’ve combined a lounge and dining living area and created a modern kitchen hatch to maximise socialising when friends and family are over (and it lets in extra light through the house which is an added bonus!). In terms of storage, we have bespoke under the stair storage downstairs as well as fitted wardrobes in the master bedroom. One of our favourite transformations is the garden. We have created an idyllic court yard setting, with its very own pergola and festoon lighting- the perfect BBQ setting!
We are sad to say goodbye to Arlott Green but we are confident it will make the perfect next home for someone else.

We absolutely love Cricket Field Grove and as you can tell from our seller, so do they! It's becoming increasingly harder to find two bedroom homes with two proper double bedrooms, well this home has just that! Having only been built in 2018 by Barratt Homes, you've still got the security of having 7 years remaining on your NHBC, however not only are they both good sizes but you've got the luxury of both a great family bathroom and en suite shower room upstairs too. The condition inside as you can tell is excellent, it is ready to come in, put your bags down and start living straight away. As you may have seen from the video and photos the kitchen is lovely and has been opened up into the lounge creating more of an open plan feel. The kitchen as you would expect with a property of this age offers what you an integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and ample storage.
The living and dining room is great and has the benefit of French doors leading onto the garden, but it also lets in plenty of light. One of the big bonuses is that you have is plenty of storage, not only do you have storage as you come in but the entire understairs has be cleverly designed with sliding drawers.
Outside, the garden does give you rear access with a gate at the back which takes you directly to the two parking spaces that this homes comes with. There is also the advantage of multiple visitor bays and other places to park. This home really does have a lot to offer, if you're looking for something that is ready to move straight into in a fantastic development, then we can't wait to take you on a tour in person!

Area Comment...
This home sits in a great location on Cricket Field Grove development which is walking distance to Crowthorne High Street as well as a number of local schools. The big one being within Edgbarrow catchment. There are a number of woodland walks on the doorstep. Swinley Forest is easily accessible and offers acres of woodland to explore which is perfect for running, walking or cycling. Transport links into London are within easy reach via the A329, M3 and M4 from here.
Crowthorne train station is just over a mile and half away.
