We have enjoyed living in Kennet Island, it has great local amenities and it is safe place to live. There is a lovely local cafe, Fidget & Bob that does really great food, especially the doughnuts! There are plenty of parks and green spaces in the estate. The Kennet and Avon canal is also a short walk away along with Green Park which is due to have a new train station soon. There is also a direct bus from the square to town, and the estate also benefits from great M4 access. The flat itself is in a small block, with an allocated parking space directly outside, there are also two visitor permits included. The balcony has been a great space over the past couple of years and has more than enough space for a table, chairs and flower pots. Lastly, both bedrooms are large enough to allow us plenty of room for our king size beds as well as storage and all white goods will also be left at the property for the next owner!
