The lower ground level sees a self-contained two bedroom apartment, which is the current living accommodation of the owners. Having been recently refurbished it is presented very well and gives access to the rear courtyard. The rear courtyard also doubles up as off-street parking if needed.

The upper two floors are arranged as five rooms with ensuite, ranging from small single rooms to large family rooms. Having all been recently decorated the continuity of decoration flows throughout and is impressive to see.
