Owners Comments...

When we first saw blackbird place we fell in love with its ability to adapt and change as we did through life. Rooms can be used in so many different ways and allow you so many options and choices. The area is great for commuting via the M4, M3, and rail links to Reading and Waterloo. With so so many great days out nearby such as Windsor castle, Legoland, Thorpe Park and loads more.

Area Comments...

Blackbird Place is tucked away in one of the first phases of Jennett's Park and with Peacock Meadow, Osprey Park, Woodpecker Park and so many other greenspaces and walking spots all on the doorstep. Bracknell Town Center is a 6-minute drive away, and you can be in Wokingham or Crowthorne in around 10 minutes by car. Access to the A329 for Reading and the M4 is around the corner, and public bus routes are plentiful and regularly run through Jennett's Park.

Jennett's Park is a lovely community to become a part of - we find many people move into "JP" and then only move around within it as there's everything you need from a brilliant pub, convenience stores, a school, community center and that's not to mention the strength of the community itself. With community and charity events and their facebook and WhatsApp groups for residents, it's a wonderful place to be welcomed within.

Matt & Sanjay's Comments..

SO much to love here, we're not sure where to start! The basic boxes are ticked for most people... quiet location, garage, parking, sunny garden. On top of that, every single room in the house feels big, there isn't a single room here that feels compromised on space. The amount and layout of the rooms really make the house versatile to suit your needs and for people to grow with it - the current owners have a dining room on the ground floor, but there is room to eat in the kitchen and a separate living room upstairs, so this could be an office or a playroom. The possibilities are endless, and we know this is going to be popular considering how beautifully it's presented.
