The layout is great and all the rooms are of a perfect size, a kitchen and dining area to entertain with a separate lounge for cosy evenings!

The garden is perfect for a summers days with the sunshine lasting way into the evening, our extended patio and separate access to the garage make it a great and accessible space without being overlooked by others, which is often the case with new build developments.

Theale high street and the train station with direct link to Paddington in 40 minute is fantastic with Sainsbury’s, Ikea & the green space at Linear Park giving every option you could hope for.

The neighbourhood feels safe and secure as well as it having a general community feel all round. This property has been everything and more for our first home and hope that someone else will be able to enjoy living here just as much as we did.

Being less than 1 minute to Junction 12 of the M4, providing access to Reading and London, with the closest train station in Theale just over a mile away, the location is ideal for anyone who needs to commute.

The sellers here have created a truly stunning home. They have taken a blank canvas and made it into a home anyone would be proud of. We loved the open plan kitchen area, with Sanjay particularly taken back by the brilliant size larder! Outside the garden is lovely, and with the garage and ample parking, there isn’t really more you could ask for. On top of that, quite possible one of the greatest road names we've come across!
