We were immediately drawn to the location of the house being right on a green space, off the main road and so close to the park areas. The kitchen is the hub of our home - we love that we have space to have all the family over for Sunday dinners! As our children have grown they’ve always had their own space thanks to the bedrooms being such a good size and the rooms being versatile enough to change and adapt. When our children were young we used the 5th bedroom as a playroom and have now made it into a home office/lounge space!
The parks itself is an amazing place to live and we’ve loved being part of this community.

The Parks development is just 10 years old and always popular thanks to its proximity to Bracknell Town Centre, which is under a mile away with walkways cutting you through to the station in around 15 minutes, as well as the abundance of green space that it's been built within. Just opposite the house, you've got Lysander Park that leads onto The Parks and plenty of other parks and greenspace in between. Bracknell Leisure Centre is only half a mile round the corner and there are plenty of well regarded schools close by as well. Bus routes are well connected within The Parks, and access to both M3 & M4 motorway networks is within a few minutes by car as well.

What a house... huge is a word that will feature heavily in our thoughts here! We'll start at the beginning.. first of all, there's a beautiful entrance hall that welcomes you in and to one side you've got a living room that spans the whole width of the house, and the opposite side of the hallway is a kitchen diner that's just as big, leads out to the garden and is in beautiful condition and just the perfect hub for the family to socialise in. The first floor has the first (huge) en-suite bedrooms as well as what is technically bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 sits directly above the living room below, and is also huge... the current owners are using this as a second living room/study space and it works really really well. Heading up the stairs again, there's great head height on the top floor - it feels like a proper 3 story house, as opposed to a loft conversion! - up here is the second en-suite bedrooms (also huge), bedrooms 4 & 5 which are both doubles and a family bathroom. There are lovely velux windows throughout this floor so it feels lovely, bright and spacious up here.

To top it all off, there's a garage & driveway parking to the rear, and the house fronts onto green space overlooking Lysander Park - it's comfortably one of the nicest spots within The Parks in our opinion. If you're looking for something detached, close to town and with enough rooms to spread out and grow with your family, then get in touch with us ASAP
