We moved here just over 2 1/2 years ago to down size from our previous property.
We loved the house and area straight away.
The coppid beach hotel is a lovely place for a catch up with friends and there is a village pub with good food and two other pubs within walking distance.
Bracknell and the Peel centre are great places to go shopping.
We love living here but would like to move closer to our daughter and Grand Daughter.

Chapman Drive is a great location for families, an incredibly short walk to Kings Academy Oakwood as it is on the Amen Corner development itself.
There are also the most picturesque walks on your doorstep too, including Bluebell Woods which is a carpet of Bluebells in the Springtime. Access to all of Binfield's amenities is a short distance away and for commuters, you can be on the M4 motorway in under five minutes.

The house was only built back in 2019 so is still under the NHBC warranty and is still immaculately presented. This home ticks so many boxes for young families with allocated parking for two cars, downstairs WC, three good sized bedrooms with an shower room ensuite to the master bedroom, the kitchen and living dining room are open plan, while still benefiting from a hallway to give you plenty of space for shoes, coats and other family related belongings.

There are French doors onto the south facing garden which allows the garden to become an extended part of the living accommodation through the warmer months.
