We were first really attracted to the home due to the room sizes and the potential to extend, especially the bedrooms and the dressing area and the large double bedrooms on the first floor. The home is located close to good schools, parks, The Look Out is within walking distance as is the sport centre, South Hill Park and the Lexicon. The house is modern and situation within a quiet cul de sac, we have been very fortunate to live in this home but due to relocation we are looking for our next home.

We bloody love a townhouse and you will too, especially if finding a house with 3 BIG double bedrooms is high on your criteria. Downstairs there's a kitchen and downstairs WC to the front of the house, with a big lounge and conservatory beyond that opening into the garden, which is a really good size, private and a sunny south-easterly aspect. The first floor has two double bedrooms, each spanning the full width of the house, with a lovely modern refitted bathroom (with a window!) shared between them. The top floor is host to the main bedroom suite with dual aspect windows, a dressing room with a sky light, and a gorgeous en-suite shower room also with a sky light making this a bright, airy yet cosey get away. To top it all off, there's garage & driveway parking which isn't always guaranteed in this area so comes as a huge bonus!

Sovereign Fields is a lovely modern & quiet development within Easthampstead with South Hill Park and Bracknell Leisure Centre are on the doorstep, and The Lexicon Shopping Centre is about 1.5 miles away. For anyone needing to commute access to both the M3 & M4 motorways are within short driving distance and the main line train station goes direct to Reading & London Waterloo. Swinley Forest and The Lookout Discovery Centre are close by with over 2,500 acres to explore, and Hollerith Ris is also close to many well regarded primary schools and Brakenhale Secondary School.
