Sellers Views – I bought the property off plan in 2021 and have been really happy here over the last few years. When I moved in, they were still building but now the development is complete, it’s an awesome place to live. The benefit of having such easy access to the motorway makes commuting locally or to London a breeze. Circumstances have allowed me to move on, but I’ve enjoyed my time here, and really hope the new owners have such a positive experience living here, like I have.

Area Views – Honey Bee Street is located at the far end of Calcot in the Bellway Homes built, Fairfields development. The area has much to offer, with the Sainsbury’s complex also hosting Boots, Sports Direct and PureGym directly opposite the development, as well as Ikea and Dunelm for kitting out your new home. You are less then 1 minute to Junction 12 of the M4 providing access to Reading and the towns beyond, with Theale train station just over a mile away. If walks with the family are what you are looking for, you are spoiled for choice, with Linear Park and Sulham Woods close by, or nip over the bridge to Theale High Street which has a great selection of pubs and cafes, including The Bull and Bradleys Coffee Shop.

Lauren and Ryan’s Views – When we first met the sellers at their home, we were impressed with the overall layout and how they had made a new build property feel instantly like a home, in such a short space of time. The bedrooms sizes are perfect and the work that has been done in the garden offers a great space to relax and enjoy. There is so much on offer here, not just with the house but the convenient location as well
