Sellers Views – When I started looking for a new property a few years ago, I wasn’t particularly keen on retirement developments, but then I found Orchard Court. The Court was so quiet, clean, private and bright and with the flat being on the ground floor, I felt instantly at home. One of my favourite parts of living here is the fact, one can live and choose to socialize if they wish, but as the same time have their own privacy with peace and quiet.

Area Views – Orchard Close is located just off Whitley Wood Lane and is a prime location. There are bus stops close by providing easy access to the local area and Reading Town Centre. There are plenty of local shops including Co-op and Lidl, as well as various retail parks a short drive away.

Lauren and Ryan’s Views – This flat is great. It’s quiet, private and plenty of natural light flowing in. There’s a good amount of parking and communal gardens with seating areas to enjoy. The grounds are clean and well kept, and we believe this will make the perfect home for someone looking to downsize and maintain their independence
