Sellers Views – I have lived in Ashmere Close for the last 30 years and have many happy memories. Whilst the local area has grown in the numbers of properties, I have always felt safe and secure in my property. Most of my neighbours have also lived in the Close for many years too proving it is a lovely place to reside. The sun rises at the back of the property and then moves around the side and ends up at the front of the property so you can enjoy it all day long on the patio and decking areas. The location of the property is ideal for lots of different reasons, several large supermarkets and a local village are on your doorstep, easy reach of bus routes and train stations and several schools, both primary and secondary, within the close vicinity. There are also lots of open spaces around with playgrounds, wood lands and lovely walks where you can enjoy the nature around you and partake in picnics and many keeping fit activities if desired. I will be sad to leave but the time is right to hand my lovely home over to someone else to make their happy memories.

Area Views – Ashmere Close is located off Pollards Way in Calcot within a quiet cul-de sac setting. It provides easy access to transport links including the 26 Bus Route into Reading Town Centre, and J12 of the M4. There are great local schools within walking distance from the property, including Kennet Valley Primary, Southcote Primary and The Wren Academy. The property is surrounded by parks and play areas, including Calcot Rec and Linear Park which are both perfect for long walks.

Lauren and Ryan’s Views – This family home is beautifully presented and has been well taken care of. It is perfect for families as there are so many options for expansion (STPP). The whole layout of the property provides functionality for a busy family. Our highlight of the property is the bonus of the outbuilding which could be used as either a home office or a playroom.
