Sellers Views – We have loved living in Ashtrees Road where it is a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood as mostly only the residents use the road. The location is fantastic being a short walk to the shops, doctors and other facilities including the wonderful Woodford Park and yet far enough not to be disturbed by them. The house has an easy and flexible layout which has been both a family home and a base for running a business. We have spent many happy hours in our garden which we hope the new owners will love as much as we do. When we moved here, we were only intending to stay for 5 years and now, 25 years later, we are only leaving to start the next chapter of our lives. We will be sad to leave such a friendly and welcoming community.

Area Views – Ashtrees Road is located in the Haddon Drive development just off Butts Hill Road. The location has everything you could want in a family home, with great schools including St Dominic Savio, Woodley and Willow Bank Primary schools. There are some wonderful open green spaces for you to enjoy with Woodford Park very close by, as well as Dinton Pastures, a short drive away. Woodley town centre is easily accessible and boasts a number of local shops and cafes and for transport links, you can reach the A329 and M4 in just a few minutes drive. Twyford, Earley and Winnersh Triangle station are also within reach providing access to Reading town centre and London as well via the Elizabeth line.

Agents Views – I am really impressed with this property. You can really tell it has been a much loved family home for many years, and I fully understand why the sellers have been here for so long. Couple of the main points I like; the setting itself firstly. Many roads in the area feel cramped and busy with cars everywhere, but there are no such issues on Ashtrees Road. As you enter, the road feels spacious and due to the fact most of the houses have large driveways, there are very few cars scattered around on the road itself. The second point I love is the stunning garden. West facing, immaculately presented and a great size. Truly, there is not really much more you could ask for in a family home in Woodley.
