Sellers Views – With a beautiful setting you cannot beat, it goes without saying we've thoroughly cherished the views, nature, peace and quiet at Kenmuir, over the past 4.5 years!

Our recent extension has completely transformed the house, embraced the outside and made for many great entertaining evenings! Privacy being the no. 1 factor. The patio became a life saver for us during the COVID months, either sitting round the fire or relaxing in the jacuzzi, the scenery and calming atmosphere is going to be a huge miss! Not to forget the deer that keep you company in the back field, and horses that come past each day, we certainly are spoilt for choice when it comes to nature!

Mortimer village is brilliant, a 5 minute drive or just a 30 minute walk through lovely country lanes - shops, hairdressers, cafés, doctors and the big park all at your door step. We must also mention Wokefield Hotel has lovely grounds that became like our second home during lockdown! It's just a short walk up the road which you can easily access. We love living here but are looking to upsize, will truly miss it but know it will be loved by the next owners!

Area Views – Mortimer Lane is a quiet and private road located off The Street in Mortimer. The peaceful setting is very well connected, with Mortimer train station, less then 1 mile away. Mortimer village has a great array of local shops and amenities including the Co Op and the popular Mortimer Café. There are a couple of pubs in the village, with the Horse and Groom on The Street overlooking the village green.

If being outside is more your thing, 5 mins away you will find the lovely Wokefield Common Nature Reserve, perfect for dog walking and exploring the outdoors. And for the keen golfers, De Vere Wokefield Estate Golf Club is also very close by. There are brilliant local schools in the area. Mortimer St Johns Infant School and Mortimer St. Marys Junior school are both rated as Good by Ofsted and in the neighbouring village of Burghfield Common you will find The Willink secondary school.

Lauren and Ryan’s Views – I wouldn’t say it's very often we are in awe of a property, but with Mortimer Lane you simply cannot be. The attention to detail and quality throughout is felt as soon as you walk through the front door. The extension the sellers added a few years ago is amazing and gives the home a unique and special feel, unlike anything we have seen before. Anyone looking at this house, I am sure will share our views on just how perfect it is.
