Sellers Views – We have loved living here over the last 16 years, but there are too many rooms for me now as I no longer need them, it’s now the right time for me to downsize. Firstly, we have found the bungalow perfect over the years and I will really miss the convenience of the location, especially the 33 bus which stops at the end of Sulham Hill. The space inside has been wonderful, we have enjoyed having our family pop in, with them being so close and also being out in the garden which gets very warm as the sun sets on the patio at the back in the summer. I really hope the next owners will get as much joy living here, as I have over these past years.

Area Views – Clements Mead is a residential road located off Chapel Hill in Tilehurst, to the west of the village centre. The location offers many benefits, with Sulham Woods close by, offering endless hours of walks and woodlands to explore, perfect for dog walking or letting the kids burn some energy. The 33 bus stops at the end of Sulham Hill on Little Heath Road, which is no more than a 2–3-minute walk, providing access to the Tilehurst Village Triangle and Reading town centre beyond that.
Lauren and Ryan’s Views – What a really lovely place you could call home. We often find bungalows receive a lot of interest, based on the lack of them on the market. The bungalow in Clements Mead pretty much ticks all the boxes. It’s a comfortable size throughout, but if you didn’t need three bedrooms, then you have the option for a utility area or study. The garden really excited us as well, simply based on the opportunity. What is here already is nice, but with some vision and landscaping, the overall size could be significantly increased.
